Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility – Open to individuals who refer a company or organisation that places a qualifying corporate order with 101 Chocolates.
2. Minimum Order – The order must meet the minimum chocolate or gift box value advertised in the promotion.
3. One Referral Per Company – Only one referral reward is available per company across all participating websites.
4. First Referral – The first person to submit a valid referral will receive the reward.
5. New Business – Referrals must be submitted before an order is placed and must not relate to an existing active sales enquiry.
6. Reward Qualification – Rewards are issued once the qualifying order has been paid for in full.
7. Reward Usage – Recipients may keep, share, donate or otherwise use their reward as they wish.
8. Cancelled Orders – Cancelled or refunded orders do not qualify for rewards.
9. Promotion Duration – No fixed expiry date. We may amend or withdraw the promotion while honouring existing valid referrals.
10. General – We reserve the right to reject duplicate, fraudulent or invalid referrals and substitute rewards of equal or greater value.
